Authorisation for Payment of Student Fees

The composition of a course is made up of units of competency which define a qualification. The tuition fee is set by The Department of Training and Workforce Development’s Fees and Charges Policy and are updated accordingly. The resource fee is a charge for materials considered essential to a course or unit of study and which do not form part of the tuition fee. The resource fee covers materials such as workbooks created by the RTO to be used by the Learner in the course of instruction.

Fees will be charged 3-4 weeks prior to the commencement of a scheduled training block. Our payment terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice. If fees remain unpaid at the commencement of the block, training cannot continue and the Learner will be required to return to the workplace. *
